Our Competitive Assessments go beyond just Intelligence. We use the Competitive Intelligence we find to assess the ability of you, our client, and your competition to meet the requirements and win a particular competition.

Unlike a full Price to Win, we can start a Competitive Assessment very early in the competition to help provide information for your Decision Gates and Black Hats. We will tell you if we feel you’re not in a competitive range to bid the proposal.

About Our Process

This is an opportunity-specific, independent analysis of your competitors and their capabilities on a certain project. We map competitor Strengths and Weaknesses to their Past and Current Performance. We provide you with a collection of competitor Contract and Pricing Data and their Financials. We also make conclusions about Competitor Positioning. We provide you an analysis beyond a SWOT. We give you actionable information to help you make the right decisions for your company.

Our Competitive Assessments can be Market-Specific (see Market Assessments), or Company Specific, providing an In-Depth Corporate profile with information on the Organization, Capabilities, Technologies, Innovations, Mergers & Acquisitions, Financials, Experience, Alliances, Strengths and Weaknesses. They can also be Opportunity-Specific.
