Price to Win Analyst – Solutions

McNulty & Associates, Inc. is currently seeking a Solutions Price to Win Analyst:

Job Description: Analyzes technical requirements and develops competitive pricing models for Solutions contracts being developed by or supported by the US Government, both CONUS and OCONUS.

Environment: McNulty & Associates is a small, highly innovative business consulting firm. We specialize in Price to Win and Competitive Intelligence for the government contracting community. Our Senior Analysts are able to perform the Pricing work themselves.

Location: This position is a telecommuting position. Some business travel is required.

Education: BS in Engineering or similar discipline with relevant experience

Experience: At least 5 years of hands-on experience in Government Contracting, Pricing, or Cost Volume Management. Domain expertise in Engineering contracts and pricing, including development of pricing for complex programs of all contract types (CR, T&M, FFP, GSA, etc.) for federal customers. Must have experience in Aerospace Defense market vertical. Some experience with competitive proposals for federal Government a plus.

Must be able to effectively communicate. Must have excellent writing, spreadsheet, and word-processing skills. Must have notable organizational skills and the ability to perform detail-oriented work. Additional education may be substituted for experience or additional experience may be substituted for education (generally 1.5 years of experience equals 1 year of education.)

Key Requirements of the Position:

 Price aerospace and defense solicitation/RFP
 Evaluate and price requirements
 Analyze solicitation/RFP requirements and source selection scoring
 Virtually engineer and build the solution on paper, pricing each individual component
 Model competitive and compliant labor rate through fee, direct and incidental materials, and applicable risk
 Develop and deliver total proposed and total evaluated price
 Present and conduct Q&A at technical, operational and executive level

Senior Competitive Intelligence / Competitive Analysis / Market Analysis Analyst

McNulty & Associates, Inc. is currently seeking a Senior-Level Competitive Intelligence Analyst:

Job Description:

Our Competitive Assessments go well beyond just Intelligence. We use the Competitive Intelligence we find to assess the ability of our client and their competition to win a particular competition. The Senior CI Analyst will create a detailed analysis of the competitive landscape for a particular company or proposal opportunity. The resulting analysis will be presented to the client in a clear, detailed format.

These are opportunity-specific, independent analyses of competitors and their capabilities on given projects. We map competitor Strengths and Weaknesses to their Past and Current Performance, providing clients with a collection of competitor Contract and Pricing Data and Financials. We provide Market Assessments to help clients understand emerging or tangential market areas. We provide an analysis far beyond a SWOT. We make conclusions about Competitor Positioning and give actionable information to help our clients make the right decisions.

Our Competitive Assessments can be Market-Specific or Company Specific, providing an In-Depth Corporate profile with information on the Organization, Capabilities, Technologies, Innovations, Mergers & Acquisitions, Financials, Experience, Alliances, Strengths and Weaknesses, etc.

This is a full-time, W-2 position; salary is negotiable. Benefits are available. This is a remote work position.

The data gathering should be second nature; we want a candidate who can provide in-depth analysis and draw conclusions for our clients.

Experience: The ideal candidate will have 10+ Years of experience in the defense/ aerospace/ government contracting industry doing CA work.

Much of our work is Information Technology (IT) related. A strong understanding of essential IT terms and technologies is preferred.

A candidate in a true senior-level position will be able to perform his or her own research, put together coherent analysis, and draw conclusions based on publicly available data.
